Eagle Rock Rise is a men's backpacking trip organized by Fall 7 Rise 8, a ministry based in Texas. This policy explains what participant information we collect through eaglerockrise.com and how we handle it.

When you request to join the trip or sign the waiver, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your emergency contact and any medical or dietary notes you choose to share so we can care for you on the trail.
• Your waiver signature, the date and time you signed, the waiver version you accepted, and the IP address the acknowledgement came from.

We do not ask for payment information — participation in Eagle Rock Rise is free.

• To confirm your spot, send trip details, packing reminders, and safety updates.
• To reach your emergency contact if something happens on the trail.
• To keep a record of signed waivers for the ministry's protection and yours.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your information is stored in the backend that powers this site and is visible to the Fall 7 Rise 8 organizers who run the trip. We share information with outside parties only when we have to — for example, to emergency responders in a medical situation, or when required by law.

We keep signed waivers and join submissions as long as they may be needed for safety records, ministry follow-up, or as required by Texas law. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time — see below.

You can email us any time to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. If you're on our email list, you can also ask us to stop contacting you.

Eagle Rock Rise is an adults-only trip. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
